Personal Training
Our youth personal training focuses on proper body mechanics, so that young athletes develop healthy and functional movement patterns from a young age. We believe that it's never too early to develop good habits! We break down our advanced techniques step by step and present them in a fun, engaging fashion. As we are all college educated at PSTI we provide young athletes with a positive role model and give them an example to follow on and off the field.
Our teen personal training provides our athletes with the training techniques and attention-to-detail of division one and professional athletes. We fully evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the movement patterns of each athlete and put together a personalized speed, strength, and agility program. We also emphasize the off the field tools such as nutrition, goal setting, and time management that are required to be successful at the next level. As our staff consists of former division one and professional athletes, we have a strong network of contacts to put you in touch with the right people at the right time in the recruiting process.
